The waves break softly on the shore and the soft
sounds of the surf have a calming effect. The surface of the Atlantic
reflects a strong blue and the sand under your feet warms the soul. It
is not possible to be closer to the sea than in the IFA Beach Hotel
located on the beach. San Agustín is known as a smaller holiday
destination with a gently sloping, dark, sandy beach as well as for
having many apartment and bungalow complexes. This is the ideal place
for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. Nearby is the IFA
Interclub Atlantic. Facilities
Around our pool area with the lush vegetation, two pools and two
whirlpools there are sun-loungers available free of charge. In the
evening the pool is magically illuminated and every now and then there
is a dance, live music or a show. Stroll along the promenade of San
Agustin to the Playa del Inglés and learn to appreciate the charm of
the south coast of Grand Canary. For those that enjoy sport there is
table tennis, boccia, darts and billiards or hire one of our mountain
bikes. Accommodation
The 210 rooms are bright and modern with either a direct or partial
sea view. They have a bathroom, toilet, carpeted floors, piped music,
safe and mini fridge (at extra charge), a furnished balcony and
satellite tv. Maximum occupancy three persons. Double rooms for single
occupancy with direct or diagonal view to the sea and non-smoking
rooms are available. The hotel has family rooms for a maximum of four
persons. The spacious rooms have the same equipment as for standard
double rooms but with an additional couch. Food and Beverage
The large and varied breakfast buffet can be sampled here from 7.00 to
10.30 a.m. and in the evening between 6.00 and 9.00 p.m we spoil you
with a varied international buffet – with a large choice of salads,
cold and hot dishes and desserts. A highlight is the show cooking at
the grill.
Once a week there is a themed buffet and a Gala Dinner. The bar in the
hotel lobby is always worth a visit. For good conversation and a cool
drink between 4.00 p.m and midnight. Pool bar and restaurant 10am to
midnight. There is a wonderful view over the pool and sea from the
