Among the bedazzling Cretan land, the prefecture of Lassithi dominates in dignity, conquering you all, while the town of Agios Nikolaos, the capital of the prefecture, is one of the most frequented tourist centres of the greater region. At a distance of only 2 km far from the popular town of Agios Nikolaos, you shall come across the village of Havania, a cosmic and picturesque settlement that throbs with natural beauty attracting thousands of visitors every year. Situated at the marvelous beach of Havania, the Mirabello Complex is waiting to welcome you and host you. It is set in beautiful gardens in a superb location with a panoramic view of the bay of Mirabello and its surrounding mountain. The hotel was fully renovated 2003. It is located approx 60 km from Heraklion international airport.

The hotel consists of double and triple rooms all equipped with 24 hours air conditioning, double bed/twin beds, sofa, direct-dial-telephone, data-line, furnished balcony, sat-colour-TV, music TV channels, marble bathroom with bath, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, towels for the beach, mini fridge and safety deposit box (on extra charge). Facilities for disabled: special designed rooms (with larger doors at the entrance as well as the bathroom and special handles in the bath), elevator with access to the pool and the restaurant, ramp for access to the beach, extra toilets both in the restaurant and the beach.

The AI programme consists of early breakfast (05:00-07:00), American breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:00-14:00), dinner (18:30-21:30) and late arrivals dinner (22:00-01:00, cold buffet plus soups or cold plates in room), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Additional, guests have the possibility to dine once per week at the A la Carte restaurant (theme evening, 19:00-24:00, six days per week) or take part in one gala dinner (upon reservation). The snack bar is open daily between 10:00-18:00 (last order 17:30) offering late breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:00-15:00) and coffee break from 16:00-17:00. Snacks such as sandwiches, toasts, chips, pies, etc are available at the beach bar and at the pool bar between 10:00 & 18:00.

Mini bars in rooms, filled in with two soft drinks per person, two bottles of water, two beers, one big fruit basket and one bottle of house wine are included in the AI concept. Both the lobby bar and the wine bar are open from 17:00-24:00 (last order 23:45). The beach bar & the pool bar serve drinks as well as a variety of warm snacks between 10:00 & 18:00 (last order 17:30).

Sport facilities at the hotel include ping-pong, volleyball, beach volleyball, water volley, water polo, aerobics, step aerobics, yoga, archery, water gymnastics, outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool, darts, day-light tennis and mini golf.

Water sports like jet-ski, banana boat, water ski, parasailing, canoes and pedaloes, scuba diving, tennis lessons, floodlit tennis, sun beds at the beach and safety deposit boxes are not included in the AI concept.

The Crete Underwater Center is located at the Mirabello Hotel. It is the ideal place to discover the fun and the adventure of scuba diving, in the warm and clear waters of the Cretan Sea. The diving center offers several packages for beginners and advanced divers. A wide range of other water sports including, water skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding, jet skis, rings etc are also offered. The staff has been diving in this area since 1992 and has extensive knowledge of the local area and marine life. Please note these services are not complimentary.

The Mirabello complex can accommodate everything from a private meeting of 10 persons to an incentive, banquet or a formal conference of 300 delegates. The Castello conference room can seat up to 300 persons in lecture or conference mode and is capable of swift adaptation to group discussions, exhibition, reception, or banqueting modes. The Lato meeting room with a capacity of 40 persons is equally versatile and ideal for smaller groups. Complete audio/visual capabilities as well as secretarial and interpreter services are available on request.

The property disposes of a main restaurant with open air terrace, a la carte restaurant, main bar, beach bar, pool bar, snack bar, panoramic terrace, 24 hours reception, Orthodox Church, two conference halls (up to 600 pax. in total), gym, indoor pool, 1 salt-water-outdoor pool and an amphitheatre. Children facilities: 2 children´s playgrounds, 2 children´s pools, multilingual children animation, baby cot, mini-club (for children between 4 and 12 years old), special children´s menu, children seats in the restaurant.
