The hotel is located near the center of Kemer, a small town on the South Western Antalian coast. The commercial and shopping districts of Kemer are within walking distance of the hotel, while the much larger city of Antalya is only 40km away. Travellers coming by air will land at Antalya airport and travel 55km by taxi, bus or coach. One of the largest marinas in the area is just a few hundred metres away.

The hotel offers a total of 363 rooms. All are specially designed with the holiday traveller in mind, with spacious floor and bed space, a mini table & chair set, sliding door closets, and bathrooms. Colour schemes are in subtle and soothing shades of cream and blue. Facilities include air conditioning with individual control, satellite TV, mini bar, safety deposit box, international direct dial telephone, hairdryer and radio.

The hotel offers an appetizing and varied buffet. There is a main restaurant, a breakfast salon, two open air restaurants, five bars and a Patisserie. Breakfast is served in the breakfast salon as an open buffet, or you can choose to eat out by the pool fountain. Lunch offers a delicious array of Mediterranean appetizers and main dishes as well as a wide selection of fruits. Dinner is a stumptious affair in the plush, red carpeted main restaurant, served buffet style with white gloved waiters on call to cater to your gastronomic needs.

Entertainment facilities at the Marina include a Ball salon with 500 person seating capacity, night club, discotheque, animation and Childrens Club. A colourful Animation Show is the highlight of most nights. Talented resident artists and performers entertain with a vast repotiore of dance, music, mime, and stageplay. On Friday nights special performances include water ballet troupes, fire dancers, Turkish Night shows and other touring entertainment. A stimulating evening of fun and games on the beach, a late cruise on a yatch, dancing the night away at the discotheque, or a romantic moonlight stroll along the shimmering Mediterranean area, but a few of the Ozkaymak Marinas attractions. There are a wide variety of activities available within the hotel complex which include a swimming pool, water polo, archery, tennis, table tennis, pool (snooker) and arcade games. A complete fitness center, with top-of-the-range equipment is available 24 hours a day. Sessions in aerobics are staged daily. A wooden Finnish Sauna, a traditional steam sauna and an authentic Turkish hamam (bath), a refreshingly cold indoor pool, numerous deckchairs and a well stocked bar complete the sauna complex. Also available are massage services, a beauty parlour and a hairdressing salon.

There is a full board consisting of a Breakfast 07:00-10:00, Lunch 12:00-14:00 and Dinner from 19:00-21:00 served at the Main Restaurant. Delicious Snacks are served from 10:00-18:00. Cakes, tea, fruit tea, coffee and Turkish coffee are available from 15:30-17:00 at a Patisseria. The Snack bar is open from 09:00-02:00; the Aqua bar is available from 10:00-23:00; the Lobby Bar is open 24 hours. Various All Inclusive drinks are available for AI guests such as locally produced beer, wine, spirits, raki, vodka, kanyak, juices, milk, selected fruit juices, concentrated drinks, mineral water and soft drinks (selected till 02:00). There is also a Mini Bar in the guest rooms filled with a water. Table tennis, Dart, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 children pool, Aqua park, Aerobic, Fitness Centre, Sun beds, Mattress, Umbrellas at the Pool and Beach, Beach Service (soft drinks).
