This brand-new complex (built in 2001-2002) is set only a few meters from the seashore, 4 km from Kardamena village and 35 km from Kos town, in a beautiful area of the island. In total the hotel consists of 61 rooms distributed between the main building - Diagoras and 5 smaller buildings - Aretusa, Ikaros, Aspasia, Ismini and Pergola.

All the buildings have ground and first floor. There are two main types of rooms which are: 38 twin rooms with either an extra bed or a sofa that can be converted into a normal sized bed and 23 suites (two rooms family unit), which have a bedroom and a lounge area with two sofas that can be converted into normal sized beds. All the rooms are provided with: TV, a connection line to the internet, safe, fridge, air-conditioning (both cool and hot air), telephone, music channel, hair dryer, most with a bath and some with shower. Most of the rooms have sea view and some have view to the garden.

The Kalimera Mare hotel disposes of a main bar - Socrates, a snack/pool bar inside a pool - Iasonas, a taverna near the sea - Pergola ( a la Carte, Greek and international cuisine, orders for fish and special dishes can be made by the guests) and the main restaurant which serves breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The choice is available, after an agreement with the management and a small fee, that you can have your dinner in the taverna by the sea.

Our guests can enjoy doing a variety of sports that are organized in the Akti Kalimera Club hotel (which belongs to the hotel group) such as water sports, beach volley, archery, diving school and other sports that the animators’ team organizes. The childrens pool oases, the mini club in the garden, the adventure playground and the childrens entertainment programs are some of the facilities to ensure to the young guests and their families, a pleasant holiday. There is also a swimming pool for adults, slide swimmingpool for children, organized beach where the umbrellas and the sun beds are free for the hotel guests, fitness center - Achilleas and electronic games.

Amongst the hotel facilities and services is 24 hrs operated reception area, exchange service, credit cards (are accepted), mini market - Agora and Amphitheatre/Open-Air Cinema - Orpheus.
