gastronomic tour around the cuisine of Almeria where the tastes of the
sea and the land are combined through its traditional dishes. Try the
delicious Almeria-style Migas (breadcrumbs fried in garlic) or Gachas
Coloras (Paprika-flavoured flour porridge) and to accompany them fried
whitebait and noodles. Another recommendation we give you is that of
Gurullos (flour dumplings) with Rabbit, an essentially country dish,
which you can have with an endive salad. Since we are in Almeria, what
better than to recommend a local wine. The Viņa de Laujar wine, native
of the town of Laujar, will go well with your meal.
