Pueblo Benidorm, situated 400 m from Levante beach on the Mediterranean coast of south eastern Spain, has a wide range of facilities designed to ensure the satisfaction of guests during their stay. There are 530 rooms in total spread over five buildings with four floors, and the main tower with sixteen floors. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning (high season only), direct dial telephone, satellite TV, balcony or terrace and a safety deposit box (local charge). Hairdryers are also available from the front desk. Please note that the minimum stay at this hotel is seven nights.

Meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant and a large selection of local and international cuisine is on offer. There is also show cooking daily in the restaurant. For snacks, light meals and refreshments choose from the pool bar, the main bar or the snack bar.

There is a full board consisting of a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner served in the generous buffet style at the Main Restaurant. Different Snacks are available during the day at the Snack Bar & Pool Bar (except for the main meals hours). Unlimited selection of locally produced alcoholic drinks including local beer and wine, soft drinks, tea, coffee and water is available at the Main Bar from 10:00-23:00.
