Blas, in the little village ofTias, on top of a hill letting it enjoy of

Villas have easy access, it is only 5 minutes by car to the beach and the main
tourist area of Puerto del Carmen and 10 minutes by car to the airport.

There are 12
marvellous Villas of approximately 300m2, all with 3 Bedrooms (a double-room and 2
twin rooms), separate living room harmoniously decorated and fully equipped with satellite-TV,
dinning area with partial view to the Atlantic Ocean. 2 Bathrooms with bathtub
and shower, kitchen completely equipped with oven, extractor, microwave, fridge
freezer, dishwasher and washing
machine.
The
Villa will sleep a maximum of 6 people and one young child cots can be
arranged.
Facilities
All Villas have private swimming pool with fresh water. There is a
solarium, terrace equipped with loungers, shades free of charge, a barbeque area and
garden of approximately 200m2 , private parking area free of charge.
