Located in Cozumel next to
the beach. Villa Zara was completely refurnished April. 2001 Golf Course opened
Sept 1st, with club house and PGA course. First the local manager greets you and
escorts you home where our housekeeper is waiting to meet you, there is light
Mexican music playing on the CD and a cold one in the fridge. After all first
impressions are everything. Our villa is located on the north side of the island
where the waters are calm and the beach is sandy and private. We are in an area
called country club estates and it is said to be the most exclusive area on the
island. There are about 12 private homes that share this enclave. It's very
secluded and private. Our home is about 150 yards from the ocean. At night the
waves will lull you to sleep. We completed the third floor tower so that guests
can enjoy the view.
