The Mare Nostrum Resort is located on the sea
front at the Playa de las Americas, 100 metres from the main shopping
centre. It is formed of five luxury hotels, and offers great
accommodation and good value. The main entrance hall with its ornate
balconies and huge chandeliers provides an impressive welcome.

City Breaks of the hotel rooms in the resort are air
conditioned and have safety deposit box, satellite television, direct
telephone with answering service, mini-bar, complete bathroom and
spacious terrace. There is a private swimming pool and a solarium in
102 of them.

Breakfast time is a treat at the resort and the
gastronomic passport allows guests a choice of 12 restaurants where
they may sample different national and international specialities,
such as Spanish, Canarian, Russian, Argentinian, Mexican, French and
Italian cuisine. Furthermore, there are bars and terraces and 3 piano
bars.Twelve restaurants give the opportunity to savour different
national and international specialities prepared according to the
original recipes. Being fully aware of the importance of gastronomy,
we have carefully prepared and ample selection of menus adaptable to
any of your requirements. Also available are seven Bars and a
night-club Charlie Max.

The Mare Nostrum has 4 swimming pools, one of
which is for children, jacuzzi, 3 tennis courts, 2 squash courts,

and beauty centre which offers a choice of spa and beauty packages.
Entertainment
For a change of scenery it is possible to take a
boat trip on the Lady Shelley, and in the evening quests may relax in
one of the three piano bars or enjoy a magnificent show in the
auditorium as part of the Mare Nostrums extensive leisure programme.

The resort is perfectly sited for golfers.
Guests can take advantage of the 4 golf courts, with the closest being
just ten minutes away. Another attraction is the special golf package
which the Mare Nostrum offers at Golf Las Americas, Amarilla Golf and
Golf del Sur.
