This newly built apartment complex offers to families ideal conditions for a relaxed, enjoyable holiday. The hotel is located above the Hotel Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama, a quiet location with a fantastic view. There is a free regular shuttle bus service to the pebbly beach approximately 500 m. away.

The hotel has a choice of well furnished, comfortable studios and one bedroom apartments, all of which have air conditioning, kitchenette with fridge (utensils available on request), dining area, Satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box (extra charge) and balcony with sea view. Studios and one bedroom apartments have a full bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hairdryer.

There is a main restaurant “Erato”, specialities’ restaurants (“Zorbas” for Greek lunch and dinner in Iberostar Hippocrates Palace and “Triton” for Asian cuisine in Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama), lobby coffee shop “Hera”, main bar – pool bar “Sofocles” and a theatre bar “Artemis”.

Meals at Iberostar Kos Bay View include International, Italian and Greek cuisine served in buffet style in main restaurant. Continental early breakfast is from 05:30-07:30, American buffet breakfast is from 07:30-10:00 and long sleepers breakfast (Continental) from 10:00-11:00. Buffet lunch is served from 12:00-14:00 and as alternative guests can have their lunch at Zorbas tavern (in IBS Hippocrates – reservation required) from 12:30-15:00. International buffet dinner is from 18:30-21:00 or at Zorbas from 19:00-20:00 or from 19:30-22:00 at Triton restaurant in IBS Panorama (reservation required). Snacks are available at the main bar from 11:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00 & 17:00-18:00. Buffet including a variety of cakes and hot filter coffee is offered at the main bar from 16:00-17:00 and ice cream from 10:00-18:00. Finally, guests can have midnight snacks including cold buffet and hot soup from 23:00-24:00 at the main bar.

During breakfast guests can select from a variety of juices (by glass) or milk, tea & filter coffee (by cup). During lunch and dinner house wine (white, rose & red), draught beer, cola (normal & light), orangeade, lemonade and water (all by glass) are served. From 10:0 to 24:00 house wine (white & red), draught beer, local & international aperitifs, spirits, liqueurs, digestives, etc, alcoholic & non alcoholic/children’s cocktails, cola (normal & light), orangeade, lemonade, juices, water, tea & filter coffee, cappuccino and espresso (all by glass/cup) are served in selected bars.

In the extensive grounds there are two fresh water pools, one with separate children’s pool and two slides, sun loungers, parasols and towels free of charge. Tennis courts within the Iberostar complex, table tennis, rifle shooting, archery, aerobics, pool exercises and bowls and PADI diving school. In the extensive grounds of the complex, there is a squash court, billiards, sauna and gym. Also there is a varied family entertainment programme. For smaller guests there is a playground, children’s entertainment and supervision by qualified entertainers for children from 3 to 16 years of age. The “Playland” in the Hotel Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama is also available for use by guests of the Kos Bay View. Evening entertainment programme with theatre, shows, performances and folklore is also available.

Aside the standard Iberostar animation day and night programmes, the following sport activities are offered without additional charges: tennis court use (20€ deposit), table tennis (5€ deposit), archery, boccia, aerobics, water-gymnastics, etc. There is also a play-land centre for children within the complex. The use of sun beds & umbrellas at the hotel pools is free (reservation of sun beds/umbrellas is not allowed). Bay Courtesies: changing tables in the public toilets as well as microwave to heat baby food in the restaurant.

It consists of several three-storey buildings and has a small lobby area and reception. Iberostar Kos Complex Common Facilities: Convention centre, hairdresser, shops and doctor on call.
