The Kipriotis Village is ideally
situated in a tranquil setting by the beach, in the area
of Psalidi, 3km away from the seaport and town of Kos
and 25km from the international airport. The Kipriotis

Accommodation
All rooms are air-conditioned
(July-August) with satellite TV, refrigerator,
hairdryer, comfortable furnishings and have a balcony or
terrace. Also available, specially designed rooms for
our guests with disabilities.
All Inclusive Food
Early Continental breakfast is
served at Macedonia I from 06:00-07:30. American buffet
& show cooking breakfast is available at Macedonia I
(07:30-11:00) and Atrium (07:30-10:30). Continental
breakfast for late sleepers is at Village Café from
11:00-12:00. International buffet & show cooking lunch
is served at Macedonia I (12:00-14:00), Atrium
(12:00-14:00) and Macedonia II (12:30-15:00 – open from
10/05). On the Terrace of the restaurant you may enjoy
BBQ, salad bar, pasta bar, cold sandwiches, fruits &
desserts and a special children’s buffet. International
cuisine & show cooking dinner is served at Macedonia I
(19:00-21:30), Atrium (19:30-22:00 – Greek & local
specialties – reservation required), Macedonia II
(20:00-23:00 – reservation required) and Ilios A la
Carte restaurant (20:00-23:00 – reservation required).
Snacks including a variety of warm pies are offered from
10:00-12:00 & 16:00-18:00 at Ionian Pool bar or from
10:00-18:00 at the Palmy Pool bar. Midnight snacks such
as hot soup and a cold buffet are available at Macedonia
I from 23:00-24:00.
All Inclusive Drinks
The Kipriotis hotel disposes of 6
bars: Olympus Bar (10:00-02:00, last order at 24:00),
Village Café (11:00-19:00), Aegean Pool Bar
(10:30-01:00, last order at 24:00), Ionian Bar
(10:00-23:00), Poseidon Beach Bar (10:00-18:00) and
Palmy Pool Bar (10:00-18:00). From 17:00-18:00 guests
can taste a variety of cakes with hot coffee at the
Olympus bar. Various AI drinks, such as local soft and
alcoholic beverages, house wine, draught beer, filter
coffee, frappe and a variety of tea, juices & cocktails
made from local beverages are served at selected bars.

pool offering snacks, non-alcoholic beverages & ice
creams. Ionian bar: Offering the non-alcoholic cocktail
of the day. Poseidon Beach Bar: by the beach, operating
from 15/05-20/10 – weather permitting. Palmy Pool bar:
By the tranquil Palmy swimming pool, serving refreshing
cocktails, drinks & snacks.

Complete gym with all the
contemporary equipment for athletic exercise and muscle
straightening with dressing room & shower, sauna,
Jacuzzi, hammam, beach volley, mini soccer, water polo,
boccia, archery, table tennis, mono golf, daytime
tennis, volleyball, basketball, morning gymnastics, out
& indoor aerobics, water aerobics, Olympic size pool
(only a few hours a day and if the pool is not booked by
a training team), first scuba diving lesson and tennis
lessons once weekly (7 soft Rebound-Ace tennis courts),
2 landscape swimming pools for adults, 1 pool for sports
& games, Palmy swimming pool for adults, 2 pools for
children and 1 indoor heated swimming pool (April, May &
October). Different shows every night, Greek night once
per week (with live music & folklore dance) and after
hours disco once per week (after 23:00hrs) are also
available.

Facilities
Impressive palette-shaped pool and
pool for children, the ample space and the beautiful
gardens around the swimming pool are offered for a
relaxed and enjoyable holiday, beautiful playground as
well as daytime animation for kids and teenagers, a
playroom and evening shows for the children, every
night. There is also the Internet corner (with charge).
Our professional animation team will take care of your
entertainment all day long with morning games, sports
and evening shows. The animation team consists of 12
professional multilingual members performing a range of
standard and tailor-made programs within the hotel, as
well as group sports and aerobics. A variety of shops
inside the complex will cover all your shopping needs
and more, including: tourist shop, supermarket,
jewellery shop, hairdresser, rent a car (information by
our Med reps), ample parking and public space and a
conference centre. Within Kipriotis Village there are 26
meeting rooms with a total capacity of 5,500 delegates
in whichever set-up is required. Baby sitting available
15/06- 15/09 (free of charge between 10.00-18.00 and a
small charge between 22.00- 03.00). In the hotel you can
also find a guest relations department, in house doctor
and 24 hours on call, foreign currency exchange, tourist
information, 24 – hour – concierge.
Useful information
The hotel is located 25 km from
Kos airport (KGS). There is a bus stop in front of the
hotel entrance and buses run every 15 to 30 minutes to
and from Kos town.
