The hotel is situated on the coast in Psalidi with views of the nearby Aegean Sea. The historic city of Kos is 3km away and close at hand there are important monuments from the ancient Aegean civilisation as well as the beach of “Therma” which is well known for its Natural Spa. Kos international airport is 25km away.

All the luxurious rooms have been decorated and furnished for maximum comfort. All have a balcony or terrace offering an inland view, large bathrooms with hair dryer, towelling bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV and refrigerator. Safety deposit box available with extra charge.

There is a high-standard buffet offering early breakfast (06:0-07:00), American style breakfast with local specialties (07:30-10:00), long-sleeper Continental breakfast (10:00-11:00) at the main restaurant, lunch (12:30-14:30) at the main restaurant or at the A la Carte tavern “Zorbas” in Hippocrates Palace (12:30-15:00) and Dinner served at the main restaurant (18:30-21:00) or A la Carte dinner at “Zorbas” (19:30-22:00). The dinner is also available at the “Triton” restaurant in Kipriotis Panorama (twice per week with Asian night, served from 20:30-22:00). Guest arriving late can enjoy the dinner served in the cold buffet with hot soup from 22:00-24:00. There is also an Italian restaurant (in Kipriotis Panorama) available for AI clients at selected times. Please note that dress code applies for evening meals and reservation is required when dining at A la Carte restaurants. Selected locally produced drinks are available during the lunch and dinner: draught beer, cola, citronade, orangeade, lemonade, juice, house wine and purified water (served by the glass). Variety of snacks is served from 11:00-12:00 and between 23:00-24:00. Afternoon tea, filter coffee, cappuccino, espresso and cake buffet is available from 16:00-17:30. There are various AI drinks available at two hotel bars Main Pool Bar (open from 10:00-24:00, serving locally produced wine, draught beer, local & international aperitifs, spirits, liqueurs, digestives, alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails, children’s cocktails, soft drinks, lemonade, juices (all by the glass) and purified water in a carafe) & the Beach Bar (open from 10:00-18:00, serving variety of non alcoholic drinks).

Sports available free of charge: Canoes, Pedal boats, Tennis court, Beach volleyball, Table tennis, Boccia, Darts, Fitness centre (aerobics, training in the complex), Water gymnastics, Squash (available at the Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama), Archery (available at Kos Bay View). There is a swimming pool (with separate children’s pool) with sun beds and umbrellas. The waterslides and sun beds are also available to use free of charge at the hotel Kos Bay View as well on the beaches. Animation: standard Iberostar animation day & night programmes, daytime sports animations, soft live music in Kipriotis Panorama and Hippocrates Palace, night animation in Kipriotis Maris and Kos Bay View theatres, disco bar in Hippocrates Palace (till 03.00). For children: Super Mini Club, Mini Club and Teeny Club. The popular “Play Land” children’s paradise and a playground are located in the Kipriotis Panorama.
