Situated on the south eastern corner of Cyprus in the area of Protaras, renowned for its extensive golden beaches, this breathtaking village is situated on a green hill which overlooks the entire Protaras area. The Louis Ayios Elias is built in a traditional Cypriot Village style with bright and attractive colours and it is the first village complex of its kind ever built in Cyprus. Louis Ayios Elias has been awarded with the ‘Architecture and Tourism Award’ for its originality and authenticity in style. During Winter 1999/2000 it underwent extensive renovations in all the public areas, which gave a refreshing new look to these areas.

There are 3 restaurants and 2 bars. The restaurants provide a large variety of specialties from mouth-watering buffets, juicy BBQ’S as well as other dishes created by the expert hands of the chefs. Theme nights are also organised.

There is 1 large pool with adjacent childrens pool, village square with shops and various activities; pool tables, table tennis, selection of video games, 1 tennis court, basketball court and volleyball court. Hotel offers junior guests facilities for the convenience of your holiday with the Family World Centre and enriched programmes and incentives for the young guests 3-12 years. The Kids Club is open from 09:00am - 21:00, available for children up to 12 years old and fully operational till the end of the season. There is an animation team organizing different entertainment programmes for older children.

Louis Ayios Elias Village has its own professional animation team where a vast variety of different interactive activities are provided on a daily basis which include games, floor show, competitions and theatricals.

The hotel is located 50 km from Larnaca International Airport, 10 minute walk to the nearest beaches of Protaras, 8 km from the village of Paralimni, 1 km from the shopping area of Protaras. The resort of Protaras shuts down during the winter months which are Jan - March, therefore most shops, bars and restaurants are closed.
